  • What is BubbleTea?
    Bubble tea is a Taiwanese recipe made by blending a tea base with milk The sweet taste of iced tea paired with the chewy tapioca pearls or popping boba make up An incredibly unique looking beverage, Drinks like iced coffee or juice have the same constant texture, but with boba, the pearls offer a sort of “break” from the same boring consistency. There really is no other drink like it.
  • What is PoppingBoba?
    Popping boba is a fun bubble tea topping that, literally, bursts with fruity deliciousness! They are also called bursting boba, bursting bubbles, juice balls, or popping bubbles.
  • What is Tapioca?
    Tapioca pearls are a ball-shaped chewy treat that can usually be found at the bottom of cold/iced teas and is consumed through a fat straw. They are also called black pearls, or tapioca balls. Boba is made from the starch of the cassava root.
  • Do we coock Tapioca?
    Yes, Cooking is required for Tapioca pearls, It's similar to making pasta. please refer to the cooking process page for more details.
  • Do we need to cook Popping boba?
    Popping Boba requires no cooking at all, this can be served straight from the jar.
  • Where can i use Popping boba other than Bubble teas?
    There are countless ways to enjoy popping boba, which you can use as toppings for ice creams, yogurts, cakes , milkshakes, and lassi
  • How are the juice balls (popping boba) different than Tapioca Pearls?
    Juice balls are not made with starch like tapioca pearls. The thin outside layer of the juice balls are made from seaweed extract. When you bite down, a squirt of fruit juice bursts into your mouth for a sweet and pleasant surprise. The diameter of the juiced ball is a bit smaller than the tapioca pearl so can be sucked up using the fat straw.
  • What is the shelf-life of a kit ?
    Our kits are made to order and have an approximate shelf-life of 8 months.
  • How long will the cooked Boba last?
    Once cooked, boba should retain its texture for 5-6 hours unrefrigerated. We recommend consuming all the boba you cook in one setting to prevent loss of quality and texture.
  • After opening the bag of Tapioca, what do I do with the unused portion?"
    Once the bag of tapioca is opened you need to cook it within a few days to avoid it drying out and crumbling and protect against spoilage.
  • What is the shelf life of the juice balls?
    Juice balls have a one-year shelf life unopened and stored at room temperature.
  • How do i store the uncooked Boba?
    Store uncooked boba in a sealed and airtight container in a cool/dry area. Do NOT store in the fridge or freezer.
  • Should I shake or blend my drink?
    Classic iced bubble teas are chilled by shaking them with ice in a cocktail mixer or by a machine. You can also get your bubble tea blended with ice, so it has a more smoothie-like consistency.(you may need a commercial blender for this )
  • Are you products gluten-free?
    Yes, boba is made from tapioca starch, the root of the cassava plant, and is gluten-free. All of our milk tea powders are also gluten-free
  • How long will my order take to process?
    Please allow 2-3 days for processing, but we will always try our best to fulfill orders within a day
  • What is your refunds/exchange policy?
